The Ministry puts the viewer in a new position. As you to walk around it your relationship to it continually changes and you ask yourself, is it a picture, or is it carpet? is it a photo of a building, or is it a geometric design? is it an optical experience, or a tactile experience? is it a usable object? or is it there to contemplate? The answer is, it is all of these. The Ministry has a multiple focus but it’s purpose is art, prompting us us to question how and where we make or discover art in life.
