The Ministry puts the viewer in a new position. As you to walk around it your relationship to it continually changes. Is it a carpet or a picture, a geometric design or a photo of a building, an optical experience, or a tactile experience? Is it a usable object, or is it there to contemplate? The answer is, all of them. The Ministry has a multiple focus but it’s purpose is art.
