Surrounding Time 1990 assembles six elliptical elements: the three table-vitrines contain anamorphically distorted models of the VUB building, Leuven University, Brussels, the auditorium of the Council of Europe, Strasbourg, and the European flag. The glazed wall panels contain anamorphic models of the Colosseum in Rome, La Maison de Force, Ghent, and the Glaverbel Corporation HQ, Brussels.
