Ikon Artists’ Fundrasing Dinner

Ikon Gallery, Birmingham asked several artists associated with the gallery programme to suggest recipes for their annual Ikon Artist’s Fundraising Dinner. We nominated Hake with Patacones (Colombian green banana fritters). The meal was served in the stunning Sidney Nolan exhibition which runs until 3 September. Among the guests was Louisa Buck who captured the spirit of the event in her blog for the Art Newspaper
